I also appreciate your point that Google can use some kind of sign or as you are saying tick box to sort out slow loading sites. And i also think that Google is doing right as site speed should matter in page rank as page rank decide the whole quality of a site.</description>

I would argue though that your searching for online games example doesn't work, as all of those websites are in the same boat (so the penalization would make even less of a difference.)

Brilliant suggestion about users choosing to prioritize faster loading sites, that should absolutely feature of Google's mobile search engine.</description>
